Overview

About Markdown to HTML

Markdown to HTML uses the same limited replacement rules as the preview route: h1-h3 headings, bold text and line breaks. Use it for a short trusted note containing only those constructs. It does not implement a standards-complete Markdown dialect, escape raw HTML or sanitize output, so links, lists, images and code blocks are not converted correctly. For example, `**Important**` becomes a strong element. Conversion is browser-local; use a maintained parser and sanitizer for published content.
