About PDF to Excel
PDF to Excel extracts a PDF text layer and writes it to one XLSX worksheet named Extracted Text. It separates a line into cells only when tabs or repeated spaces suggest columns, with a maximum of 300 non-empty source lines and 20 cells per line. Use it when you need a cleanup starting point for a simple text table, such as a short price list, not exact table recognition. Images, formulas, formatting, merged cells, multiple sheets and scanned pages are not reconstructed. The PDF is uploaded to the TanzaiTools server, so do not process confidential statements or financial records unless that workflow is acceptable.
