Overview

About Paragraph Counter

Paragraph Counter counts non-empty blocks separated by one or more blank lines. Use it to check the structure of plain-text drafts that follow that convention. A single line break inside a paragraph does not create another paragraph, while multiple blank lines still create one boundary. The tool does not interpret HTML paragraph tags or document formatting. For example, two text blocks separated by an empty line count as two. Counting stays in the browser; compare with the destination editor if it uses different paragraph rules.
